Started really good and positive, then adviser lost interest and found other things to do!! Calls not returned, no real interest in us even knowing that my wife was really stressed..

John was informative, supportive and patient through what is actually a very demanding process. No question was too small and all answers were honestly given.
I would recommend The Right Equity Release to anyone thinking of undertaking E R.
Make sure you fully grasp the effect of the compounding of interest over ten, fifteen and possibly twenty years. This was fully explained.
When I finally took ER , I had been provided with all the answers by John to make an informed decision. No pressure. No sales pitch. Just patience until I was happy and ready.
