Having never experienced this before the procedure was explained fully both buy Gary and At a later stage by Gareth the solicitor from Poynton Law. I was fortunate in finding the right professional people in explaining everything. I am more than satisfied with the result.

Andy was excellent in explaining the product, taking care to ensure that we were making the right choice and never pushed us in any particular direction. We felt very comfortable with his advice and indeed his assistance in finalising the arrangement was invaluable.

Our consultant Andy Mitchell was very professional, explained everything in as much detail as we required and a very likeable and approachable person. He got us a even better deal than discussed at the initial consultation.
We only gave 4 stars due to a hiccup getting the papers to our solicitor but one call to Andy and it was sorted so Andy would definitely score 5 stars
Overall a very good service and would definitely recommend the Company.
