Hello,
We are truly sorry to hear about your delay. 2- 5 business days for UPS shipments are the estimated delivery time to UAE and some delays may occur at customs clearance and customs charges must be paid before delivery what may also cause some delays what is beyond our control unfortunately.
We always recommend to reach out your local UPS office with your shipping reference and they will guide you to your shipment delivery times.
Sorry for any inconvenience!
Best Regards,
Hans
