2 Months and nothing
I sent in my console to be fixed, 2 weeks in I'm told they've received the device. 4 weeks in after sending emails and calls, I'm told there's slightly more devices to be fixed than usual but they'll take a look at my device soon. 6 weeks in after more contact, I'm told they'll give me a refund as they haven't gotten to my device and will ship it back. 8 weeks in they had my device confused with someone else's and didn't ship it. Today, I have my device in my hands same as sent, - 1 screw, idc that it took 2 months - poor communication was the main issue .

Over the moon with the repair service. When my daughter's Nintendo 2DS XL suddenly stopped working, I thought I'd have to shell out over £200 to replace it, however after a quick Google search I found this place.

So glad I did, as it was super straightforward to send over the device, and in no time at all, it was back with us, fully functional.

Fixed the nintendo switch lite perfectly. It was just before Christmas at the busiest time of year so the repairs took a couple of days extra. However the company did an extra repair at no extra cost. Very fast delivery when the item was fixed. Will definitely be using this company again.

This was a slightly disappointing experience. The delivery was a bit slow and the customer service was good although this was slow too. I do recommend this company to people but only if you are willing to wait 2-3 weeks for a pretty basic repair.

The Save Point provides a reliable and efficient service, fixing my tech issue quickly. They replaced a faulty part and offered speedy delivery. While they sorted the main problem as promised, they didn't check the other minor issue I mentioned. Overall, they offer good service at a fair price, though attention to extra requests could be improved.

Great customer service. Answered a product query email very quickly and delivery also super quick. Price of Nintendo Switch game was also cheaper than other sites. Would recommend.

Fantastic service. Needed 2 PS5 controllers repaired for stick drift. I selected what day I wanted Royal Mail to collect the package from my house and 4 days later they arrived back. The controllers were fully repaired and work great. Thank you

Amazing company, sons switch side rail wouldn't connect the left joycon so they replaced the rail, all works great 😁 speedy delivery and fix, great service, I alway use them.

Posted off defective controller, was returned fixed to the highest standard within 4 days and that included posting time both ways, excellent service folks 👍🏻

Fixed the issue I was having so they did achieve the service I paid for. I did cheekily ask if they could have a look at my volume down button too however it appears they did not do that. Still highly recommend as they are very fast and efficient completing the repair within two days
