Order made on Feb 12th, nothing arrived. 9 days later, after contacting, was told they are on family holiday and can't help until their return. Was told conflicting stories by Lee regarding the method of sending, and tracking. Finally received a refund after 6 days of asking, even tho they offered it in the first place. Last time I ordered a spoon from them it was fine (5*) but the after-sales is a shambles. Not how to run a business.

Watch my £95.00 knife, advertised as "razor sharp" is anything but. An absolute joke.
If you want blunt items, go right ahead.

I run a guest house and over the years a gremlin has been eating all the small spoons or they get thrown out by mistake, so I ordered some replace Dubarry Coffee Spoons. Unfortunately the wrong design of spoons arrived a few days after ordering online. A quick phone call to Lee got it all sorted. So after sales service is excellent, Thanks Trevor.

PS: There are a few companies trade in Sheffield with very similar names so make sure you use this one.

I ordered beautiful horn handled steak knives and paid through Paypal. They arrived exactly as shown, a few days after ordering. I would use this company again and definitely would recommend the product and service. Absolutely 100% genuine and UK manufactured in Sheffield.

Despite immediate response from the company confirming that a sterling silver money clip I was interested in and advertised for sale on their website came gift boxed, I went ahead and ordered the said item and was told if it was in 'their safe' it would be with me the next working day.

After hearing nothing from the company and not receiving the item, I contacted them to check the position (i.e. to confirm whether it is available and if not, please can I have a refund) and was ignored. I tried again, by phone and email, on multiple occasions and was ignored,.

I ultimately had the headache of making a claim through Paypal which I had to wait for resolution of (in my favour) before ordering an alternative from a more reputable seller.

The item is even still for sale on their website! Avoid at all costs unless you are happy being left in limbo with a high risk you will have to make a claim through Paypal or your bank to get your money back when the order cannot be fulfilled (which is a breach of contract on their part in any event!).

This company also sells on Amazon and Etsy (and probably Ebay too).
