My experience with TSR has been top-notch. The selection of MODs available on the site is massive and well-organized, making it easy to customize my game. Beyond the impressive content, their customer support is excellent. They truly care about user experience and resolve technical or account issues in no time.

A great place to download all kinds of TS4 modded content, minimal wait time on downloads (which means no required payment to download anything), great CC creators, and an awesome help desk/staff members! 🩷

They were very helpful and efficient with replying to me and sorting out a refund.

The Sims Resource has been amazing for my building and designing adventures. Although I'm no longer playing Sims 4 because of the buyout, I used The Sims Resource for years. If you design CC and if you love using CC in your builds and game, you really can't go wrong with this amazing site. There are so many options from amazing creators. You can browse for free, but the subscription will let you download all you want! It's well worth it...

Honestly, would 100% recommend for people who love to download CC for the sims 4. This is a very good place to get custom content. The subscription is worth the price and the customer service is FANTASTIC!!

My experience has been very positive, not only is the product awesome, the membership price is reasonable, the customer service experience is one of the best I’ve dealt with they care about their customers not just their revenue, they are prompt in getting any issues resolved,I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Subscription price is fair and totally worth it.
The site is easy to navigate. The download manager makes it so so easy, and u can find pretty much anything and everything.
Ive only had to contact them a handful of times in the years that ive used them, but everytime that I have, they have gotten back to me in good time, politely, friendly and issue/question is always solved.

I’ve been using this site for years and I honestly love it. It’s my go-to for sims cc and I always find something, like there’s so much variety and the quality is really good. I keep coming back to it all the time
I would love to see more maxis match items and maybe a dark mode for latenight cc shopping, but either way I’m more than satisfied.

I had a subscription for one year but stopped to use it and forget about it but they refunded me when the subscription renewed again this year. Thanks again ! I’ve got nothing to say it was really cool to be able to download content to play. If I play again one day I’ll subscribe again for sure !

I love this website it has the best content for sims. And they are also very understanding. I went through a difficult month and i didn't cancel my vip annual subscription but couldnt afford it so I wrote to them and they cancelled the paiement immediately.

I used this website for awhile and enjoyed it, I have since stopped using it since I don't play the sims as often and had a VIP subscription set up, I didn't realize untill I saw my bank statement but I got into contact with customer support and they got back to me very quickly and helped me cancel the service and get my refund ❤️
