I had a subscription that didnt show up, i paid for it and i emailed to get a refund and end my subscription. Everyone was very friendly and i got the money back so very good customer support. The subscription is very useful but i just didnt play anymore. Much love ❤️

There customer service is really great. I had a problem with my subscription and got a timely response to my ticket and a resolution the same day.

They have a tremendous selection of content for The Sims 4. Even better, their support is very responsive. I get a response in minutes! Even on weekends! I highly recommend TSR!

I wrote an email, there was a problem with my subscription, after few hours my problem was solved, great and fast communication, thank you!

Although i was charged incorrectly for a subscription, I emailed and explained what happened and Renata replied quickly, she was really helpful and looked into it quickly, problem resolved in just a day or so with a refund sorted. I have used TSR over the years quite a lot and never had a problem before.

I subbed to TSR for a free 7-day trial but forgot to cancel it and was subsequently charged for a 12-month plan. Quickly emailed them the same day if they could still refund it because I did not use the paid plan, and they did!

I don't use The Sims, so a review isn't necessary for me.

The site is just a cash grab and so user-un-friendly! The loading time is crap, and that's before you even get to the 10 second countdown for every download. Each piece of content to download takes about 30 seconds total, and it's only that way to brow beat you into buying a subscription despite the stupid amount of ads on the site. Worst custom content source out there.

The interface is absolutely horrendous. The password reset doesn't work. I can't be bothered to even try anymore.
The search doesn't work at all - you type in a term like 'doors' and it shares the exact same downloads that were on the screen before. It doesn't auto populate anything. I think the website would benefit from the presence of a developer and a complete overhaul - it isn't functional. Very overwhelming experience, everything is everywhere all at once.

They want people to pay for average content? Are they serious? I haven't played the sims for a long time and used to use TSR to download cc. But currently there is just not enough good content to justify paying anything. The content is very average, search doesn't work, and the best artists appear to have moved on! So why would anyone support this website? My advice is to shop around. This isn't the only cc site out there and they're often hosting far better content.

I had stopped playing the game, but had forgotten to cancel my subscription, when they auto charged me I told them my issue and the instantly refunded my money and even canceled and future ones so it would not charge me again in a year!

This website used to offer great content. Now it is only a repository for clothing, rooms and jewellery.
And the captca counter thing is there for one thing only - TO MAKE YOU PAY! So my advice is, don't do it. There are other websites hosting quality CC that don't try to deceive you into paying by making you wait for your download to commence.
Terrible experience with average content. Stay away.

I do like the groups of cc. I like the download basket. That's all I can say good.
Awful! The support is terrible, but I noticed they got back to me asap, when I asked them to delete my account due to recent events with creators.
I have been warned by others to watch my cc for charges, so I've got my screenshots of the cancelation, etc.
Plus their website is awful, you have these tiny "thumbnails" to look at when you log in. I was told it's a "mobile view." You need magnifying glasses to see. They keep messing with the site, and it's getting worse, now a lot of the really good creators are gone. I've gone too .. cancelled, deleted, happy now.

Activo la prueba de la membresía. Ahora que quiero cancelarla todos los enlaces mandan a páginas publicitarias. No responden los tickets... resolví borrando mi tarjeta del perfil... una estafa total...
