The Sleep People Limited レビュー

After making a mistake with an order through Debenhams, I emailed this company and was helped by Martha. She was extremely helpful in sorting out a courier to collect the order swiftly and processing the refund. I could not recommend the customer service from this company enough

Great resolution to an issue by Martha who was helpful friendly and quick. Would definitely recommend this company and buy from them again.

Had an issue with delayed delivery. Martha & Meghan, we’re very helpful & sorted delivery for me & arranged a discount for delay. Speedy response, communication with real people, problem solved within receipt of email.
Thank you both.

I ordered a mattress topper for delivery by a specific date and after speaking with Martha my order was delivered on time which enabled my dad to be discharged from hospital. I was very happy with the service I received.

Martha was great from start to finish. Great quality mattress. Very friendly professional service and would buy from again.

Thank you so much Martha in Customer Service for helping me with my order which I placed over the Easter holiday. I called regarding the delivery of my two single mattresses, 8 inch orthopaedic/memory foam. Martha kindly called the factory for an update and had my delivery out for delivery the next day. Martha also assured me if I had any further enquiries that she was happy to answer them. Will definitely order quality products from yourselves again.

Martha was brilliant! She resolved my issue straight away & reassured me all the way! Thank you for a brilliant interaction with the company ⭐️5 stars!!

Thank you Martha Swift. Dealt with my case quickly and professionally. Very appreciated x

Dealt with Martha Swift after a mishap with the delivery company but she was excellent and sorted a replacement for us very quickly. Great customer service.

Just quick easy and simple

Bought 2 single mattresses through wowcher. Very good quality and the customer service was excellent. I had a slight delivery issue but Martha delt with it quickly and efficiently.

Martha in customer support was so helpful. Had an issue with the mattress purchased. Martha was quick to respond and rectify the issue. I am a happy customer and will return when I need another new mattress.

Bought a 2ft 6 memory foam mattress for my adjustable bed back in October as have damage at my spine and getting a decent mattress is hard.
Issue with it but not sleep people's fault and after contacting them this month (February) they went out of their way to help and sent me new mattress. Dealt with Megan who was extremely helpful and always responded very quickly to my messages.
Getting a sleep without being in extreme pain is difficult enough for me but what with the 10inch foam mattress and an adjustable bed this is not as much of an issue now.
Thank you Megan and The Sleep People.

When I had a problem- Martha helped me a lot and she talks to me via email . Very good service. Angela.

I recently bought mattresses through the sleep people via b+q market place. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I contacted them and Megan responded to my email. It has only taken 5 days for Megan to resolve this situation, can’t say enough about the first class service Megan has given me. Constantly emailed me to update me on the progress of the problem and how she was going to sort it.
A pleasure to deal with and someone that can get things done with minimal fuss excellent service.

Mattress arrived faster than expected. Looks very comfortable and looking forward to our nights out in the campervan now.
