Easy process, super friendly staff! I went for an early pregnancy scan with my partner and felt comfortable and at ease, got lots of photos and a thorough report to take home. Got to see my baby’s heartbeat and was reassured that everything is going perfectly well. Highly recommend this clinic and Diane Casha :)

We had a really positive experience with SPC during our IVF journey. From the very beginning, the team were supportive, professional, and genuinely caring, which made a difficult and emotional process feel much more manageable. Communication was clear throughout, and we always felt well-informed and looked after. We’re incredibly grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend SPC to anyone considering IVF treatment.

They saying lies when the collec your money you have to call them for the treatment they don’t care about you we were there more then 2 and half years but no treatment and no refund they just open the clinic to take money and nothing else I still in touch with them to get my redound donor referral any one more there I send alo of my friend there they had same issue with them

The sonographer (Kay) was warm and friendly. She gave me lots of information and was very professional. Would recommend.

I went here on Christmas Eve for a blood test and the crew couldn't have been nicer and more compassionate! They were so kind, PATIENT and most importantly compassionate! I would highly recommend this team for your IVF needs! I've been to others in London and The Surrey Women's Clinic blew them away! A+ 10/10! Specifically Sam Scott-Hubbard was the absolute best! She deserves a big raise!

For both visits, the team at the Surrey Park Clinic have really impressed us. Kay was our sonographer, and has a wonderful manner, providing both much needed reassurance and valuable insight. Couldn't recommend more.

Very dissatisfied, booked a blood test for 10 am and arrived at 9.50 , was shown to the waiting room and told a nurse would be with me soon , gets to 1035 still not been seen and no one informing me why there was such a delay , I went to reception and said to the lady I had to go as I had another appointment I needed to make yet still no apology for letting me sit there for 45 min , I ended up walking out with no blood test :(

I went in for an early pregnancy scan, the sonographer Andrea was very kind, informative, professional and overall put me completely at ease. It was a lovely experience in calm and welcoming clinic.

The sonographer i saw took her time, was very gentle and was very reassuring and professional. Everything was explained well and the follow up letter for my GP came the same day.

Disgusting experience with The Surrey Park Clinic. I would avoid this clinic in future and shall certainly not be recommend to anyone.

Had an appointment today. Well firstly how can you prescribe medication when you haven’t checked my hormone level! Every woman is different she was no different to a GP
WARNING LADIES I wasted over £200 on this appointment please seek guidance with Louise Newman clinic!!!

We’ve visited The Surrey Park Clinic on numerous occasions within the past few years and cannot recommend them enough, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Beautiful clinic with a super friendly, professional service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at The Surrey Park Clinic while consulting with Miss Lilian Ugwumadu for a gynaecological issue. I arrived with my test reports, but she insisted on running the tests —which I agreed to. However, there was no clear explanation at the time, and I was told that the test reports/results would be available via their online portal.

It has now been weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups from both me and my husband, we still do not have access to the scan and swab test reports that we paid for. Every time we contact the clinic, we are told that we must book a follow-up appointment with Miss Lilian for an additional £195 just to receive our own test results. Seriously???

This clinic is purely money-driven. As patients, we should have the choice to book a follow-up consultation—not be forced into it just to access test results that are rightfully ours. If they genuinely cared about their patients, the follow-up would be free or optional, not an extra charge just to hand over a report. Also, why would someone who had a bad experience want to spend more money at the same clinic? This practice lacks integrity, transparency, and basic care for its patients. The entire process has been nothing but a hassle.

This is, without a doubt, the worst clinic I have ever visited. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with your health and money.

I have had a few consultations at Surrey Park Clinic during the last 6 months with post menopausal conditions. The team are responsive, their 'bedside manner' is caring, reassuring and transparent and this has helped me cope during some anxious times. My Consultant, Ms. Lilian Ugwumadu, is what every woman wants in a gynaecologist!

From the first call I made I was so impressed with this clinic. They fitted me in at short notice and Dr Ugwumadu added me on to her list at the end of the week because it was an urgent referral.
I was very anxious about a referral for a hysteroscopy. All the staff at the clinic were so kind and took the time to talk through the procedure.
Dr Lillian Ugwumadu was so patient and really took the time to help me feel less anxious. I trusted her completely. I was so lucky to find her.
I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I was very impressed with The Surrey Park Clinic. It was very easy to book online and I managed to get an appointment quickly (for the following day), my appointment was for a private gender scan with Andrea. The facilities are very clean and the reception staff were very welcoming and professional.
Andrea is a brilliant sonographer with a wealth of experience and knowledge, I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has a great bedside manner, was very professional and kind, taking the time to explain everything to us as she completed a detailed scan on our baby. If we ever need another private scan, we will definitely come back to see Andrea at the Surrey Park Clinic.

Great experience, from booking the appt to the end of the appt. Sophie put me at ease from the very first minute. Lillian was such a dream gynea (if there ever was one), her bedside manner was personal but professional & I now won’t go to anyone else. All staff were helpful. 5 star experience all round.
