Belinda at The Unusual Gift Company is lovely!! Her customer service is outstanding!!!!

There was a mistake with my order (we are all only human) but she rectified the issue as soon as it was raised, supplied me with a refund as the item I ordered was out of stock and told me to keep the other item as a good will gesture.

I also offered Belinda some feedback on one of the free gifts they offer. She took this on board and was very appreciative of the advice.

As a small family run business I wish them all the best in the future. I will definitely purchase items again and recommend to family and friends.

I ordered from them for the first time recently. Arrived on time and queries I had on other products were answered quickly. Found their after sales service very good . Will defo use again

I ordered an inflatable dinosaur to cheer up the kids with everything going on and it was really happy with the product and service. Will return again for some more fun gifts for Christmas.

Great items, and good customer service. Saw the bad reviews and took a chance, it seems to have have turned around from a customer service point of view. Will definitely order from them again.

Purchase goods about six months ago. I have cancelled the order now as they failed to deliver. My order is still on their system and am still trying to get my money returned via my credit card. It seems from other reviews they take your money very efficiently but nothing else. Just be advised this is a scam company and the fraud squad should investigate them .

Scam company - takes your money and doesn't send the goods

Their website advertised good quality face masks with filters etc. Me and a few others bought the item (inc 24-48 deliver payment) I know there were a few of us because they sent out a group email.. over 3wks later telling us all they were not in stock and offering us another mask (which was basically a fabric mask) we all declined and asked for a refund. The refunds took nearly as long as the wait for the product. I know this is a strange time, but the wait without any communication was excessive. I did email 3 times with no reply. I just think if they did not have the product they should not be advertising it or offering 24-48 delivery.

Terrible company - DO NOT USE. I ordered a gift on 19th December guaranteeing a delivery before 23rd December. I only ordered it through this company so I could give it to my husband on Christmas day. I ordered a few other bits too. The other gifts arrived before Christmas but the main gift did not and on the delivery note by the item there was a hand written arrow and the written words "To Follow". It is now 13th January and there is no sign of the gift, or a response to 3 left phone messages and 2 emails, or the 64.99 which the gift cost. Let's not mention the Christmas present that my husband hasn't had. I am very upset and will be taking this further.

This is Nuku.co.uk re-badged, still carrying on the same scam. Take your money for items they have no rights to sell or in fact have. The address is false, look them up if you can find them on companies house, its a residential address in Wrexham, you can find the name of the scam artist there.

Scam company. No contact details outside of a phone number that is out of service. Ordered item and it just never came. Thankfully the bank resolved it for me but do not use this site, they will take your money and send you nothing.

This website recently replaced Nuku.co.uk

If you read the reviews on here for Nuku then you will understand why they have changed names.

DO NOT ORDEE ANYTHINF FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered an item in September and was sent something completely different. I contacted the sale team via email and they apologised and said they would dispatch the new item immediately.
This never happened.

Its now the end of October and I have sent multiple emails directly and through the website seeking assistance. No response.

Hence I turned to Google as it felt suss after seeing the website name change, and I found all the scam alert reviews.

So thought I had better start a new thread for the new brand name.
