Watch was delivered on time, well packaged and superb quality. Excellent service and price as well.

I am still waiting for my parcel to arrive when I was advised my parcel will be here on 2/3/2024 This has completely ruined my sons birthday..I am appalled with the lack of communication from your delivery team .After trying to track my parcel and speak to someone from Evri I was told they have my parcel and know what happened but yet I am still waiting for my parcel or an update at this point 5 days later I do not have time to wait another day as it is simply a waste of time at this point I would like a full refund .I look forward to hearing from your team regarding my refund.Asap .Evri is the delivery team you chose to to deliver your parcels and they are not doing their job…So no I cannot tell you anything about about my purchase as I have never received it

Watch Hut did dispatch my order on time using evri. It was supposed to arrive a couple of days later (Friday). However by the following Tuesday, the watch had not moved from the evri warehouse. Watch Hut website indicated customer service can’t help until 10 days after expected delivery date. As the watch is a birthday present for my wife, it looks as if I shall have to order elsewhere and return this watch back to watch hut, if it ever reaches me.

The watch was delivered 22 hours after I ordered it. Seeing as I live in rural Devon, I'm not sure how!

Despatching of the item is quick, however delivery is way, way delayed. Raised the issue to Evri, tracking update is still stagnant - a delay in the delivery. It's been a week now at the time of this writing.

Hi I placed an order but it isn’t delivered when asked regarding this they saying speak to the courier service . they saying the order was delivered, but no one received the order. Maybe it was thrown outside the door or something. Our house is pretty much on the road so anyone might grab the order when we asked regarding this with the Watch guys they’re saying that you need to speak with the courier service and they’re saying that it’s been delivered to a person in the house but there was only one person in the house and no one rang the bell or hand over the parcel and the picture which was there in the delivery as a proof of delivery. It’s just a courier catching the package in front of the door that it no one rang the door there was no package in front of the door so this is Service would never order from here again. I request our guys to urgently resolve this issue and send me my watch.

I ordered 2 watches that came in speedy time and were as pictured lovely watches.
However I did have concerns after reading the reviews for the company and felt the need to get the watches authenticated at a Vivienne Westwood store. Vivienne Westwood authenticated the watches for me and confirmed that this company is 1 of their suppliers. I will definitely be shopping with this company again and rate them the 5 stars for selling beautiful watches and the customer service I have received has been above and beyond.

A great watch bought as a gift , the option of gift wrapping is a great idea , no problems ordering and my parcel arrived 2 days later , brilliant service this is the third purchase I have used watch hut and each time has been an easy process

I have not received the watches. Evri the courier sent me a message on 6th February to say it is delayed. As at 10th February , I couldn't track the package.I am disappointed as the watches were bought as gifts to be taken on a journey today. I will be returning them or will decline receiving it when Evri decides to turn up .

Watch a little small didn’t look at dimensions but makes me chuckle when I read the time and doesn’t look lost on wrist as the only skinny bit is the wrist!!! Thank you

Poor poor customer service.
I bought a watch for my wife for Christmas. She wore it a few times and the strap became scratched with black marks all over it. I returned the watch and asked for a refund as if it looks this bad after a few wears, then what will it look like after longer. I contacted the customer service department using the online chat option and the service I received was actually embarrassing. I was blamed for the cosmetic damage and was told, the watch works and is ok to wear. I was outwith the returns date and they have refused to give me a refund. And they will just return it to me. What use do I have with it now? I also asked for a complaint to be raised and the response was - why?
The customer service is actually shocking and they should be embarrassed that they employ such shocking employees.
My wife will now be without a watch, which was her Christmas present. SHOCKING!!

Buying a watch from here was easy. The website is easy to navigate, clear and easy to read prices and watch details.

Poor delivery service and poor costumer service with watch but because my watch has been stolen by your courier service between transportation and I didn’t received my order from one week . I was not expecting from watch hut that my watch will be stolen during deleivery .
