By FAR THE WORST INSURANCE EVER!!..

Ellie was brilliant. Kept me in the loop at all times and got me a great deal

I trust a agent and gave her many business, but she gave me very bad experience, recently I was shocked to find that my car insurance had been charged very high and I didn’t realize, the new renew policy is 498$/month. Then I called her and asked why the price so high and she just said will find another company, next day told me that the price can be 250$, just so easy! And I try to get a quote from another broker and the offered price is 110$/month at the same protection, then I called her I found a better price and wanted to transfer to other broker, and she never give me any explanation and told me they will charge penalty. It’s really really terrible experience for me and I will stop all business from this company!

Over the last few years I have been dealing with Ellie and as per usual Ellie was super helpful and I’m very happy with the excellent service I received so Thanks again 😃

Wow what can I say apart from avoid avoid and avoid. Made the mistake of going with this company and believing the sales pitch but there policy on mileage and the amount they charge for extra mileage should be classed as extortion to cancel 4 months in we are being charge over £500 but it could be the best money I’ve ever spent

This company is a massive rip off for young drivers. They try and scam young drivers out of money for example adding on mileage can cost up to £1.2K and more. They also do not have a better excuse for issues with the black box and blame it on the black box provider, also then making you buy new Cradles which again is scamming you out of money. Unfortunately for first time drivers using a black box and this company is just not worth it. Please find a company that does not do predicted mileage and save yourself some money.
