Revoking my swap free account for no provided reason
They changed my swap free account to normal account, without mentioning a reason.
I had already losing positions and now I have to pay SWAP for it as well.
This was not the deal, and my account manager from their side assured me that my Islamic account with swap free will stay forever as long as I am using the broker.
I would have not opened those positions if I knew that I will be charged for SWAP.
Notice that in their reply , they will never mention or justify the fake information I received from my account manager.
Complete fraud!!

ThinkMarkets is excellent! It’s got everything you could possibly want in an all-in-one trading platform including regulated signals and a trading simulator. The app is really user friendly and great for beginners, couldn’t recommend enough!

Good luck getting your money back
I was hoping ThinkMarkets would be different than other brokers but they aren't. They lie any chance they get. I sent them KYC documents. Then they asked for them signed so i signed them. Then they wanted them notarized so I went and had that done. Then they wanted more documents signed by the government.
NOW they haven't emailed me in 3 weeks. The website chat lied and said I'd get an email within 24 hours then another website agent lied and said it's a bug that will be fixed very soon. He actually thought I'd believe that a bug is the reason no one has emailed me in 3 weeks.
If these people lie and can't be bothered to email you back, imagine what would happen if you actually had an emergency and needed something urgently from them. How long would they wait before emailing you back about your money? Would they lie and say they sent your funds to you? Or claim that a bug caused your funds to disappear into their pocket.
TRY LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE

I like their quick support team, they are fast and if you know the terms and conditions well already they would guide you even faster. Btw top notch UI both on the phone and desktop, and also the option for Islamic accounts are soo relieving ❤️ a great broker for everyone from day trading to long holders.

I am using thinkmarkets from last 8 months I tried different brokers but haven't seen linke thinkmarkets most trusted convenient ultra fast execution tight spread and last but not the least support service it's exceptional and Mr amir support agent no words for this man just love using thinkmarkets.

No communication
No communication despite numerous emails and contact re the reason my account was terminated. Even the group I am with "Learn to Trade" sent emails and they were ignored. They are the broker for Learn to Trade but don't support those who are with Learn to Trade.
