I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Ceri in Thomas and Thomas who has been handling my purchase.
I can’t even begin to write in words how amazing she’s been. She’s hands down been my rock throughout the stressful time of purchasing a property. She’s been reassuring, on the ball and so thorough. I cannot recommend Ceri enough. She is a massive credit to Thomas and Thomas Solicitors. I’ve been informed and updated constantly through out in a professional manner and always had my mind put to ease.

I was happy with the service I received. They were professional, thorough and ultimately got the job done. We had Alun Wines as a conveyancer and he was very personable and ensured our interests were looked after from a legal point of view.
The process started 22/07 and we completed 31/10 (14 weeks) albeit there was an email sent to an incorrect email address by the sellers solicitor which resulted in us ‘losing’ 2 weeks.
Me and my wife would absolutely use them again, in fact we are using them to write our joint wills.

Our Property purchase file handled by Ms Ceri and her team, they were very responsive either phone or email, every week we were getting update on our property process. Also Ceri found a big mistake made previous Solicitors on our property and corrected it. They were economical in pricing. I highly recommend them to my friends and colleagues and online groups when someone ask for Recommendations.

Thomas and Thomas dealt with probate and house sale conveyancing with Molly Graham as our solicitor/case manager. Everything with dealt with confidently and professionally with both probate and conveyancing accomplished quickly and seamlessly.

Very quick and efficient, easy to get in contact with, answers all queries within 24 hours. We were in a chain of 4 buying/selling and our solicitors were by far the quickest at having things sorted and we were the first ones ready in the chain. Very thorough and attentive. Could not recommend more.

After buying and selling house over 15 years I have never come across a more incompetent solicitors. I have had months upon months of constant deflecting with the same excuse every time ‘we are reviewing the file’. Unacceptable and a complete waste of peoples time and money.

Unlike lots of other solicitor firms the staff at Thomas and Thomas were always available at the end of the phone Staff were extremely polite and helpful and always prompt in getting back to us when we had a query . The service was very competitively priced and overall excellent value for money . Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them and we’ve made a note to be back to request their help with other legal services in the future .

Buying a home in Cardiff and relying on a tricky chain, the professionalism and the service provided by Beverley was excellent. We would highly recommend these solicitors. We have not sold a house for over 30years. Thomas and Thomas made it so easy. Very helpful. We liked the fact that every Monday we were sent a update of how far we were in the selling line.
We are not the best on up to date technologies. Thomas and Thomas website made the digital documents easy for even us to fill in.

For 2 months of our sale and purchase me and my partner have been in intensive care with our new born. The stress of this sale and purchase was something we worried about. Team Laura took all the stress of this sale and purchase off us and were amazing. A few issues were thrown at them but they dealt with it so quickly.
