Firstly, we are sorry to hear that our colleague made a spelling error with your name. This would have been a genuine human error so we apologise for any unintended upset.
All of our orders are fulfilled at our headquarters in Germany and at this time, standard delivery is estimated at 4-6 working days from ordering. We can see that your order took the full estimated timeframe to arrive, so we apologise this didn't arrive sooner than anticipated. We are hoping to have an express delivery option available later this year, which will allow us to ship via a different courier for speedier delivery.
We are however pleased that you love the bracelet and we hope this is thoroughly enjoyed for many years to come.

Das eine armband top, das andere zu fein
Toller schmuck und design, manchmal erwas überteuert, zb. keine echte türkissteine, zirkonias etc.
Ein armband entspricht voll meinen erwartungen, der andere eher etwas dünn ausgefallen und gravur sieht man nicht so, schade, aber wird trotzdem zu den anderen angezogen

We bought a pair of earrings and…
We bought a pair of earrings and matching bracelet for our granddaughter this time last year. We planned to give them to her in December but one thing led to another and these gift wrapped items remained in a draw till yesterday. We completely forgot about them. Our granddaughter arrived and we gave them to her.
Both the earrings and the bracelet were badly tarnished. And the bracelet was broken. How that happened, I have no idea because they were unopened and in the TS gift wrapping from the day we bought them till they were opened for the first time yesterday. Note, the original invoice states that there is a 2 year manufacturers' warranty on jewellery.
So today I went to TS at the TC and the young lady immediately said the items had been worn and the bracelet was broken through wear and tear.
Ideally, I would have liked a refund but I would have been happy to accept a credit note or choose something different. So the assistant called her manager who was also awkward. And no, they didn't have the same items in stock. The best they could offer was to send these items back to be repaired at their expense. Not really ideal.
So the bottom line is that I won't be using TS again which is a pity because there were a quite few items I would have liked to have bought for both my granddaughters. I'll just go elsewhere.
Would I recommend TS? Possibly not. I fully appreciate that more or less 12 months had elapsed since the original purchase, I just thought TS might have been more understanding and accommodating.

Thank you for your review regarding your purchase with us. We are sorry to learn that your bracelet and earrings required our attention.
Unfortunately, tarnishing is a natural process and phenomenon, something which is outside of our control. This typically occurs through wear, however Sterling silver is also subject to tarnishing if stored away for prolonged periods, without any regular checks and care, such as cleaning with a jewellery polishing cloth. A build-up of sulphur within the packaging can result in the tarnishing developing over time.
Whilst we are pleased to hear that our store could assist in getting these returned for repair, we are sorry this did not meet your expectations. For any item(s) outside of our initial returns period, it is a requirement of our warranty policy to return all items to our headquarters for assessment and any necessary repairs to be carried out on site.
We do however look forward to rectifying these issues for you.

Ich habe ein Armband gekauft und wurde…
Ich habe ein Armband gekauft und wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen, wie lang es ist. Es lief unter dem Titel Taufarmband. Dabei ist es für eine erwachsene Person. Nun muss ich es kürzen lassen, damit das Kind es tragen kann. Schade. Sonst war der Service gut, aber dieses wichtige Detail wäre offenzulegen.
