Charms passen nicht!!!!!und gehen verloren
Ein Vespa Charm zum dazugehörigen Stoffarmband gekauft. Voll süß!!! Die Vespa blieb genau 1 Monat am Armband, dann war sie nicht mehr da. Die Verschlüsse sind einfach zu klein, passen kaum dran und wenn man sie dran hat, dann tja- weg ist der 100 Euro Vesparoller. Reklamation beantragt- kurze und knappe Antwort, dass man bei einem Totalverlust nichts ersetzt. Basta-das wars. Nie wieder Thomas Sabo!!!!!!
Nachtrag an Thomas Sabo: Die Antwort hätten Sie sich sparen können, das haben Sie mir bereits mitgeteilt. Wem soll das nun was nützen???

Wer bei thomas sabo eine Reklamation oder einen Austausch beantragt tut mir so leid da er vermutlich mit monaten warten und ohne Auskunft sitzen gelassen wird niemand in dem laden reagiert weder telefon noch email trauerspiel kann vom kauf nur abraten

Très déçue..
Très déçue... Commande effectuée le 9 juin, colis soit disant livré par FedEx le 25 juillet... Aujourd'hui je me retrouve SANS ma commande, que j'ai payée et impossible de savoir où sont mes bijoux.
Je vous recommande de NE PLUS acheter sur leur site mais en boutique pour éviter ce genre de problème...
Dommage !
