So i came to change the contract and upgraded the previous one and the experience was as smooth as butter especially with Mr. zayn, shahid and kamran they handled my queries well enough.

Zayn and Kamran really looked after me and my son, sorting a great deal rapidly with the bonus of some great accessories due to going in person to the store. Overall a much better deal than what we would have got online!

Extremely helpful . I went to see kami and Josh in the Accrington store . I haven't got a clue when it comes to broadband. Brilliant guys , friendly and walked away with everything I needed

We had a three sim card broadband for a couple of years, no issues. However, we cancelled our account 3 months ago and have had nothing but issues since. It was a monthly contract meaning we could cancel at anytime. I cancelled on 9th September and they told me it was all sorted. Then i get an email saying we need to pay our bill in October, I reached out to them again and they said we have to pay it and then if it was a mistake and they’d refund it. Got the refund, sent the box back to them perfectly. We have NO THREE PRODUCTS ANYMORE. But still getting monthly bills to pay, why is it impossible to cancel with you? I’ve been talking to your chatbot once a month since September and wasting my time. Don’t recommend as they won’t ever let you cancel your contract and it’s impossible to speak to a human.

I went into 3 store with family with no intention of joining 3...first of all we had a very warm welcome from staff and as family were buying products i also enquired getting sim only contract if price was cheaper and it certainly was which added on to my sisters name everything was done fast and efficiently and my sim arrived the next day...keep up the good work guys!!!

Went to Accrington store, had great service.

I work from home. I have two contracts with three. All my family have three accounts. When you phone 333 it gives you options. When i pressed the option for No Coverage it stated that everything was fine with my BT387PR postcode, but when I got talking to Esha, and a girl on Tuesday they both told me there was maintanance work. The first girl on Tuesday told me everything would be resolved by Wed 10th Sept, Esha today told me that Maybe Friday. I don't have internet at the moment but when i do, i will be leaving THREE a review from hell. Compensation is no good to me. Not being able to answer a phonecall can cost me several hundred pounds.
