It’s great and quick
The staffs are nice and helpful. They helped us with setting up a new the broadband. The service was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend them if anyone wants a great deal on their broadband for the next two years.

Great customer service
I was ably assisted with my sim upgrades 5g router sale and extra sim by a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable young woman called Shaz who made my experience of shopping with 3 delightful. I am nearly 60 years old and disabled and Shaz made a daunting task easy I had put off renewing my contracts for a while but feel now I will have no problems returning next year to continue my business with 3

I was attended to by Ogo
I was attended to by Ogo, and he was incredibly helpful, patient, and persuasive throughout. I initially came in to raise a complaint, but thanks to his professionalism and clear explanation, I ended up signing a phone contract that I’m really happy with. He handled the situation very well and turned my experience into a positive one.
