Be careful…
Just found out the new phone I had from this store in 2025 also came with another sim/number which I am paying for and never asked for.
I already had a number/sim and didn't ask for or require another one.
This has happened twice with this store.
Not sure if they are blinding people with information overload during sales to bump up their sales figures but be very careful with this store.
Not to be trusted and now 3 will lose 2 accounts soon.
Edit: Three weren't interested when I spoke to them about this online so ignore the offer of help underneath.

Had a very good experience in the 3 store today, Aidan took special care helping me with fixing a virus on my phone due to me downloading the wrong apps! Silly me! He then sorted me out my sim contract and saved me some money! I hope three are glad to have someone like Aidan who helped and took his time to help an old biddy like me! Very good laugh and very helpful.

Aidan was amazing found a great deal. Had an issue so had to wait to be accepted. The team quickly fixed it and then we got my new phone.

Wow amazing service
Wow! As always amazing experience in the Barnstaple store especially from Leah and Aidan. I renew my contract with them every time because the service is always outstanding and they always find me great deals.
