Someone went into this store and pretended to be me and took out a contract in my name. inadequate security checks. Did try ringing the store to speak with the store manager but no one answers the phone.

Went into store today for an upgrade for my daughter who is visually impaired. The guys in the store couldn’t be more helpful. Got the phone she wanted all fully set up in store . 1 happy daughter 👍🏼
Would recommend these guys to anyone . They helped people coming into store who was not even 3 customers.

Robb, was absolutly amazing, couldn't fault his service couldn't not have been more helpful. Patient and attentive.

Robb was the customer service agent that served me. He was very good , professional & explained every detail of the information he gave me, as clearly as possible . His sale skills is outstanding.
Infact his service convinced me to get a new phone there & then although I only came in to store to ask for help with my iPhone.

Went down to the Basildon branch has i had a problem with both me an my wife phones..Lewis an Emma was the assistants working that day.they was both absolutely fantastic from the moment we got into shop so helpful and explained everything we needed to know .they talked us through everything wot was happening.
