Absolutely excellent customer service…
Absolutely excellent customer service from Sharif who assisted me with a replacement SIM card (and saved me yet further calls to the Three help centre) and then provided a very comprehensive overview of plans that would suit my changing data needs

I have been a loyal Three Mobile…
I have been a loyal Three Mobile customer for over 14 years. About 8 years ago, I decided to get my phone insurance with Three, thinking it would be more convenient for me since I don’t speak fluent English and believed everything could be handled directly in the store. Unfortunately, I was wrong.
I am 58 years old, and on September 10th my phone was stolen during a chaotic day in London, when there was a tube strike. On September 11th, as soon as the Three store opened at 10 a.m., I went there to block my phone and SIM card. That’s when my stress really began. I had to go to the police to report the theft and contact Three multiple times, as nothing could be resolved in the store.
To this day, I still haven’t received a replacement phone. The customer service was extremely poor, especially from the man who assisted me over the phone. I have been left without a device, yet I am still being charged for both the phone contract and the insurance for three years.
This experience has been deeply disappointing, especially after so many years as a loyal customer

Once the required information has been supplied to the team, and the claim has been made, it's normally a quick and easy process which should have a phone to you fairly quickly. We're sorry that hasn't been the case for you.
