Super friendly and helpful!

I was with Three for 16 years and had no signal issues until July 2025. Since then the signal in my area dropped to no bars. I was able to WI/Fi call but that was no good if I step outside my door and for the the next mile I had no signal at all. I would have stayed with Three and gave them a fair chance to fix the issue to no avail. So as of December 5 months on from only been able to wi fi call at home I moved to Tesco Mobile. This is something I should have done in the summer as despite promises the fault was never resolved. I’m also getting a much better deal with Tesco and no roaming charges.
It was only when I requested my PAC code Three offered deals including 70 days roaming pass which gave me a chuckle. I’d get free calls in Europe but not in my driveway. I must have had 30 calls with Three in the 5 months since this issue started and it was like starting a new conversation every time. What’s even more laughable is adverts on TV saying 2 networks are better than one now they have merged with Vodafone. The reality is there is no sign of that sharing masts happening in my area in the immediate future according to the last person I spoke to before leaving three.
I’m pleased to say I’m sitting on 4 bars with Tesco Mobile and I knew their signal was good in my area as in our household 2 family members were already with Tesco and have been for years.
My message to Three is when masts go down don’t string your customers along for months. Fix the problem. My message to everyone else who is having signal issues with Three is to move to another provider if your issue isn’t resolved within a reasonable period of time. Don’t leave it 5 months like I did.

The girl that served me was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Full of chat and couldn't do enough to help answer any questions or queries I had. While visiting a few different phone shops, this has to be the best service I received. I'm sure the member of staffs name was clare
