Helpful and friendly staff
Helpful and friendly staff. We came in to get a phone for our 10 year old daughter. Staff were really I for. Aove and advised on how to maintain safety for hour daughter. Explained pricing and contract well. Very funny and personable.

Roxana was extremely helpful
Roxana was extremely helpful, nothing was any problem and she helped me set up my new phone and allowed me to stay in the store until everything was sorted. I couldn’t be more grateful

3 ignoring fact told shud not hav threatened after told in shop wud be charged £400 to cancel contract phone after 4 yrs paying £25 to £35 mth direct debit. Havin phoned C.S. 5 times told LAURA in 3 shop wrong shudnt hav threatened cost 400 but had taken £25 and £35 nxtday then £35 mnth later hav asked in letters posted for refund /return bag....not received. Told to go in shop .Not iwarned. Futher letters phone calls still nothing. A refurbished phone given is unwanted WHY WONT 3 TAKE IT BACK and REFUND MY MONEY ...FROM DISATISFIED OLD CUSTOMER

We are sad to hear about your experience. It sounds like it's been a frustrating time.
Generally we don't use the return bags by default any more. We usually send an email with a label for arranging the return, but it sounds like that hasn't been done. That might be something worth requesting from the team if you still need it.

Visited the Blackpool store, Lancashire. Store Manager, Paul was very rude and condescending…. I will never use this company again. Very rude. Not helpful.
