Both Jo & Lauren VERY helpful staff who go the extra mile to help you. Jo helped us transfer data to new phones & Lauren helped us with a mobile wifi broadband hub thing for security on an empty property. We live elsewhere but visit regularly due to family & some of the staff in our local store are not very helpful.

Fantastic service
Naomi was great at explaining the best contract for me and my husband. She was very friendly and patient throughout answering any questions or concerns. I had to return to resolve a few problems with set up and Lauren helped me to resolve and to explain any further instructions I need to do. Again very patient and friendly. Thankyou girls for such a great service and two lovely smiles❤️

Bridlington store
Bridlington store. Just been in to upgrade my phone and as usual everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. They have done everything to transfer and set it up. Joanna sorted it all out for me. I've used this branch for years and have recommended to several people. Shannon is also very helpful and friendly (as all the staff are). I pop in quite often for advice on how to do things on my phone. They are always happy to explain what I need to do. Overall they're 100 percent excellent.

Caravan broadband renewal
Called in to discuss options for caravan broadband as I am due for renewal in 4 months. Talked about signal problems and best options for an upgrade. Naomi was very friendly with excellent knowledge. She has given me some options to consider and I will definitely be back in store in March to do the early upgrade.

So helpful did absolutely everything from changing our two phones over to three from previous providers even put both new sim cards in / sorted everything
Including setting up our new mobile broadband

Very helpful service.
Lauren was very helpful and explained everything to us.
We're not very tech savvy,but we understood what she meant.
