We went in with low expectations...
We went in with low expectations, however the store manager Jessica was a "superstar". She understood our concerns, and delivered an exceptional experience, one in which we were very happy with the outcome. Please give this woman the respect she deserves! Sensational!

I got served by Tom today when purchasing a 5g hub and he was amazing! Had the answers to all my questions, was speedy and polite. We came into the store quite late in the day so it was very much appreciated, would happily vome here again!

I wanted to leave a really positive…
I wanted to leave a really positive review for Pip at the 3 store in Brighton.
Getting a new phone is usually a stressful and frustrating experience for me, but Pip made the whole process genuinely enjoyable. The system kept crashing throughout our visit, but he stayed calm, patient, professional and friendly the entire time. He worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving and made sure we had all the information we needed without ever making us feel rushed or like a problem.
It was only him and the manager in store, yet he still managed to give amazing customer service. He made the whole experience easy, relaxed, fun and welcoming, which is honestly rare these days.
Pip is a real credit to the store and deserves recognition for how hard he worked and how well he treated us. Thank you again for making what is normally a hassle into such a pleasant experience.
