Great customer service!
Went into Three and had a really good experience with Jackson and his manager. Jack was friendly, easy to talk to and made the whole process quick and smooth.
He explained everything clearly, let me know the next steps and answered all the questions I had about the phone I wanted. The colour I wanted wasn’t available in Cabot Circus but he took the time to check other stores and found one nearby just 5 minutes away. Overall, I left very happy with the service. Jack and his manager turned what could’ve been a boring phone shop trip into a genuinely pleasant experience. Give that man a biscuit!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent Customer Service
Umar and Pierre were extremely helpful and clear. Helped with my issue very quickly and efficiently. Showed great team work throughout.
Will definitely come back to them in the future.

Luke was really helpful
Luke was really helpful, I went into to buy a phone and he went the extra mile, really helpful and quick to help me even helped with the little things I didn’t understand and was very patient with me.

Great contract deal with Three
I have 4 contracts with Three for my family members and just upgraded 2 of the handsets. I am delighted with the service from the Three team in Cabot Circus Bristol, who managed to provide me with an even better deal than I imagined, given I am long standing customer of the company. Popped in to ask an upgrade question last week and left 10 minutes later with brand new phone on amazing upgrade deal and amazing service from Jack. Very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly chap. He's a credit to Three.
