Customer Service from Nicola was exceptional. Happy, friendly and walked my dad through his bill. Walked out with a reduction in the bill. She is a credit to Three

Been into the bury store today found the staff Elvin and Faz very helpful not pushy helping me to get the right package for me answering my questions good knowledge of what they we’re selling thanks guys

Elvin was extremely helpful. I thought I had ordered a Samsung A56 through customer service but it wasn’t processed correctly.
Elvin was professional, helpful and talked me through the process easily.
He offered after sales support and any help I needed
