Excellent customer service from Kya
Kya was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Her customer service skills were excellent, would go so far as to say that this was the best CS experience we have had to date, she made the whole process so simple and straightforward, we left feeling we had got a good deal on renewing our contract.
