Staff are rude and unhelpful
Staff are rude and unhelpful, charged me for an extra service I never agreed to and they said I can only cancel it online, whats the point of a shop with no customer service, might as well get a cheaper online contract

Jon was Very helpful efficient. Talked me through options and found the best one for me. Far preferable to trying to determine best option online or answering phone calls which could be from anybody.
Canterbury shop is also very conveniently situated
