Aimee was an absolute superstar. My issue was resolved in seconds and a new contract sorted . I now have roaming arranged saving me purchasing it every time I travel . I am overjoyed with the support received

Avoid unless you want a more expensive mobile bill
If you are a student or someone unsure about mobile contracts, do not go to this store. They will happily over sell a contact that’s unsuitable for your needs and overpriced just to get a sale. The manager is severely lacking in customer service and was appallingly rude and dishonest - lying about an interaction with my daughter after mis -selling her an unsuitable contract and not providing any of the things she requested. On the advice of another Three store manager - my daughter returned to the Cardiff store for help and was met with refusal, lack of responsibility and no support. They sold her the wrong contract and despite being within the 14 days of purchase - refused to discuss alternative option. Avoid. Go to another trustworthy provider, this stores sales figures are more important to them than the customer.

The store doesn't have a 14 days policy as customers can check and sign the deal they are getting before purchasing it.
