You have been warned
I never used 3 - realised they were out for themselves and didn't care about the customer. So cancelled before use. however they still thought they had a right to collect money. If they don't get their own way, they use all sorts of harassment - threats, malicious texts/emails, increase of alleged money owed - the list goes on. Tried to reason with them - they don't want to know, money is their number one aim nothing else matters. If I could have given ZERO STARS I would have

I had an issue with the NFC reader on…
I had an issue with the NFC reader on my phone not working and needed up with the payments on my card. Alix was able to fix this and stop my phone being a nightmare.

I went into the shop to upgrade my phone. Swapping from Samsung to iPhone. The lady who dealt with me was very friendly, helpful, professional and made it an easy process - sorry I didn't catch her name but was working the morning of Friday 16th Jan.
Other staff members were present who were smiling and friendly - which is always nice to see!

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Needed help upgrading, went through all the options, SIM and phone. Alix was patiently going through it with me and even helped with the technical issues on my phone. Will be back as it is so much easier dealing with people in store

Alice from the Carlisle store fixed my phone removing a virus that I couldn't do myself.
