Daniela provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and helping me find the best option for my needs. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A real credit to the 3 Chatham store—I highly recommend asking for Daniela if you visit! Thank you again!

Brilliant service - Ryan was wonderful spend the time to talk me through all my contracts and streamlined the info so I could choose upgrades and cancel the ones I no longer need. Highly recommend - he is a credit to your organisation!

My dad recommended me to see Nancy to switch from EE. Nancy is super helpful and even make sure my vulnerability was noted for future. Would recommend Chatham Three store to everyone.

The best experience I've ever had
The best experience I've ever had at a three shop. I've been to multiple but it was definitely my favourite. The guy who e had was called marius and he was excellent. The service me and my family received was amazing and I never felt so welcome in a shop.

Incredible staff
Ryan and the assistant store manager, who I believe is named Steve but my memory is terrible, were so helpful in overcoming the issues we were having with the systems between Three and Experian rejecting a previously accepted credit check, while everything else was going wrong, the staff in the store went above and beyond in making sure my experience was fantastic.
