Ha a issue with my sim can ans was way…
Had a issue with my sim card and was way ubove my skill set. I was greeted by the manager Kenneth who was fantastic and very helpful with my issues. He welcomed a college called Jack who was trainning that day and was very patient with him and i was more than welcome to help. After the fantastic service i received i was offered a better deal on my contract. Left very please and would 100% recomend a returning visit. 💯

Karen was extremely helpful and kind, I highly recommend this shop to resolve your issues. I have three lines with three and she helped me to smartly bespoke the best contract for each one of the lines, using the most of each and paying the least!

Karen in the Chelmsford branch gave me great advice and explained everything clearly. I was very impressed by her efforts to provide me with exactly the solution that best suited me.
The manager Ken has also been excellent in the past in dealing with any queries

I'm not technical at all, especially when it comes to phones.
