I needed my new phone set up
I needed my new phone set up and so I went to the Chichester branch. Served by Martin who was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything I needed to know. Excellent customer service

Exceptional service
What made my experience exceptional is the service, the friendly manner and patience. I say that as I am not good with IT. Harvey in the Chichester branch is amazing. No matter how many times I have gone into the shop I get the best service. In fact it is the best 3G shop. They are an asset to 3G.

The store sorted out all issues quickly and were very helpful and friendly. I gave up trying to deal with your team in India as they couldn’t let me into my account as they believe that Tim and Timothy are two different names…. Thank you Chichester Three!!!!

SIM card / broadband
Very helpful Martin did everything for us so we had nothing to do SIM cards and broadband could not faulted the service I received thank you

Martin from customer service at the Chichester store was fantastic, patient and able to explain us the process throughout, which enabled myself and my husband to make an informed choice.
I would highly recommend Martin to anyone looking for a phone or any technology gadgets.
