Martin was very helpful and service was excellent.

I am deaf . I have experienced all sorts of underhand dishonest practices online when researching alternatives to my current Part Fibre broadband so decided to go into the Three shop in Chichester because of the reviews. I met Harvey who immediately took my disabilities seriously and treated me with the upmost respect and warmth. But most importantly he didn't bullshit me and answered all my questions accurately. The result was a purchase that will probably be the first of many. I'm confident that if you treat the staff properly in Three Chichester you'll be satisfied.

James was very helpful and patient and calming. He made everything easy to understand with good communicstion skills and helped set up my new phone and router.

Seen immediately, staff were extremely helpful and patient. Shout out to Abida who spent an hour with us going through options and upgrades on two phones and accounts. She was really clear with our choices and explained everything really well.

I have been a customer of Three Uk for five years, today I requested an update to my phone. All went well in the shop but my application was requested to privide bank statements to conclude the agreement. I find this very unaceptable and I will terminate my current agreement.
All my intention was to commit to a new agreement but not on their terms to provide three month bank statements. They have my records and all standing orders are paid for five years.They obviously want me to join Vodaphone.I will discuss this further with the branch tomorrow and if not resolved you will be updated on my dissatisfaction with this company,

What a great experience in the Chichester three store today having spent hours on the phone to various companies to sort my outside broadband talking to disinterested and ignorant staff at various call centres I wish I had just come into the three shop in the beginning. I was a new customer and within almost minutes I left the shop with all I needed to set up the broadband at home and a three account. As promised within ten minutes of getting home my broadband was up and running and everything connected it was soooo easy

Harvey in the Chichester store is always very helpful and easy to deal with.

Abida. And her staff is incredibly helpful and helped with my WiFi situation.

We went in for some help with a factory reset, rather than explaining the lengthy process (as i had no idea of my pin) they did it for me with no quibble and then I switched to a 3 Sim only deal, saving a fortune on my current deal. So helpful and clearly know their business.

Chichester Store 15/08/2026:
I can not recommend Rich and Harvey enough at the Three Store in Chichester!
My phone had died that morning and i visited the store that afternoon as i needed to have a phone urgently for personal reasons. Harvey and Rich were so kind and accommadating. Not pushy at all. Once i'd decided on a phone and package. Rich got to arranging my new contract. They were very knowledgeable in helping me get the right contract at a really good price. They even helped transfer all my data onto the new phone. Sadly, whatsapp was not playing ball and we had issues with this transfer. The guys were brilliant. The store closed at 5.30pm and they both stayed until 7pm to get it sorted. I can't thank them enough for their friendly and caring approach. This was definetly above and beyond with customer service. Thank you both so much. I highly recommend both Rich and Harvey to assist you. I will be back in the future. Thank you. Julie xxx
