Jake and Kerel were fantastic
Jake and Kerel were fantastic. Both very attentive and paid close attention to detail. While kerel was very hyper and brought a lot of energy to the shop Jake was very calm and took his time explaining everything, which put me at rest. Would recommend both of them

Kerel was the best
I have been a 3 customer for over 17 years!
At times had a very poor service specially with online call support with misinformation. However thankfully I have come across your employee Mr Kerel, whom has given me an outstanding service and helped clarify all my doubts , and supported my service package changes.
Kerel is a dedicated, super friendly and on top of his work. Employees as Kerel are a gem and hard to find. Look after his career and reward him for his outstanding service. Highly recommended for his knowledge and personality.

Great customer service from Yahya
I just wanted to say how amazing the customer service was from Yahya today and yesterday. He is incredibly patient, professional, and took the time to help us through all of our enquiries without making us feel rushed at all.
He is so kind, approachable and genuinely sweet throughout the whole interaction, which made such a difference. You can really tell he cares about helping customers properly. A real credit to Three. Thank you, Yahya.
