My SIM card overheated
My SIM card overheated, causing me to lose internet. Miss Asma was very helpful in providing a replacement and verifying that the broadband was functioning.

Joselyn was incredibly helpful today
Joselyn in the Clapham Junction shop was incredibly helpful today - sorted my daughters data issue and clearly explained the best value for me for travel as well as ongoing sim. She was great
