Spoke to Gareth in doncaster store and he helped me sort things out. He went above and beyond to deal with all my questions. He checked my fone to make sure it was clean as I have recently been scammed. Gareth made sure I understood everything he told me. I just wanted to say that the customer service from Gareth was more than excellent he is a great asset to your company. Very pleased with my experience at Three today especially as I wasn't in a great frame of mind from the scam. So I would like to thank him once again

Me and my wife come to the three store with a problem regarding my contract and the solution was fixed rapidly. I spent all morning on the phone to customer services and didn’t get anywhere, within 5 minutes of coming into store it was fixed
