Visited the store and was greeted by Zac, we had a few issues setting up a new SIM card and wanted to change the bank account for direct debit and nothing was too much trouble for Zac. Really friendly man who was so helpful, thank you so much!

Very good experience
I had come in earlier to ask about the offers and the member was very helpful. Zac was amazing, explained everything to me and was very forthcoming about the deals that were best for me. Completed my transaction with no issues and went the extra mile

Don’t use three networks they are help less for their customers
As I lost my phone and I had insurance,
And I am with three network ,
So I ask them for the proof or barring and proof of usage and submitted proof of purchase to three and it has been 5 days but still I did not get.
And so I personally recommend to all of you whoever with three don’t use their service .
And customer representatives they don’t have any manners to talk with customers (soyel ) they don’t have any manners at all .

The process of blacklisting the phone can take 2 working days to complete. After that is done, you can request the proof or usage and proof of barring. This part can take up to 5 working days to reach you depending on your preferred method of receiving it.

It is the worst network around I need…
It is the worst network around I need to get out of as have two handsets on as used for work and the network just doesn't and not just in one place. Even when it displays signal and 5g still Internet speeds are rubbish. Very sad as used to be great and now with Vodafone thought it would be better but sadly not. Have to pay to end two contracts is going to be expensive but have no choice.

Excellent service Zac Dunstable
I visited the Three store in Dunstable needing a portal WiFi solution and Zac was absolutely fantastic. He was patient, polite and incredibly informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly. What stood out most was that he did all of this with a genuine smile, making the experience stress free. Zac is truly a credit to your store - Bravo & thank you for the excellent service!!!
