The customer service is shocking
The customer service is shocking, I went to three store in Ealing Broadway. I wanted to pay off my agreement plan but I lost my SIM card so I went to them to give me new sim. They told me to bring physical ID so I thought I would bring my passport right, I went home again it took me 1 hour to come back to the store and when I got there they told me they don’t accept my passport “sorry do you have driving licence or provisional “ ! Why didn’t you tell me before I would get it straight away. That’s why I moved from them and I will never go back to them.

Hey Hassan, when giving your passport as a form of ID, this has to be a UK passport for ID. If you have any other UK photographic ID this can be processed for you -Maxine
