Store manager Gurdas was excellent! Came in to upgrade phone was out of stock in Edinburgh but made sure he got one delivered to store for me and give me and my daughter a great deal! 10/10

I can't recall the customer service rep's name but he was outstandingly nice and helpful and made everything seem very easy.

Seriously, folks, if there was an award for "Worst Network Provider in the Known Universe," these guys would be giving acceptance speeches faster than a politician at a ribbon-cutting ceremony. They could offer me a bottomless pit of data for absolutely zilch, and I'd still politely decline, perhaps even with a dramatic flourish and a tiny violin playing in the background. My advice? Steer clear, unless your idea of a good time involves a digital scavenger hunt for a single bar of signal. It's less a network and more a high-tech magic trick designed to make your money disappear.

I was in the 3 store at Edinbrugh 2…
I was in the 3 store at Edinbrugh 2 months ago to cancel my contract and other 3 numbers.
A lady called Simran pretand to help me and that she cancelled my cantract without telling me that i have to call the live agent and that i have to pay on April the last payment and the contarct will be cancel but sadenly i surprised that my line was suspend cause i didn't pay for the bill that had to be cancelld last month and it's been now 3 weeks strugling with network and calls.
But i came to the Store again and a gentelman called Aaron was so helpful and nicely expalin everything and managed to get everything camcelled with customer service.

Wonderful Sim
Hi, Sim at Edinburgh Princess St was very kind and helpful. I was reporting the death of my mother and she help me contact the correct team to process the update. I try to do this online beforehand and did not get anywhere and had debt company contact me.
The account is now closed and no additional payment was required.
