Store manager Gurdas was excellent! Came in to upgrade phone was out of stock in Edinburgh but made sure he got one delivered to store for me and give me and my daughter a great deal! 10/10

I can't recall the customer service rep's name but he was outstandingly nice and helpful and made everything seem very easy.

Great service from Bilal
Bilal is absolutely amazing. Came in to get a new phone and he explained everything clearly to me and wrote all the details down for me to take away with me. This man is very good. Will be sending all my family and friends to this store.
