Great service
Great service from Sanam. We immediately got the help we needed to set up WiFi. Highly recommend. Calm and friendly.

CUSTOMER DIS-SERVICE NIGHTMARE
Like all true scam artists this company is easy to buy from and impossible to leave. I was not only mis-sold a product but am now called a liar and locked in to a service that doesn’t even work. To date I have spent over 6 hours on different phone calls and been back to the store three times - I took out a rolling contract for TWO MONTHS ONLY and was assured it was just a phone call to cancel. 4 months later I’m still trying to get any help at all. Please don’t sign up to these people - this is fraud of the highest degree and I expect in future they will be shut down.

If you believe this was a 30-day plan, but the terms are longer, we'd need to chat with you to look into this via your account.
