Folkestone branch, Shree was absolutely amazing and fantastic. What a gem for Three in Folkestone to have such calibre of staff, having Shree serving costumers.

Supportive staff ib store
The guys in store, Doug and Ethan was really helpful in finding the right deal for me. Its great to see their's still some friendly and supportive stores out there.

Excellent customer service!
Popped in this morning just to ask a few questions about the network, James was amazing, answering all the questions I had and then helped me out with a new case and screen protector. Will definitely be a returning with service like that!

Great service
We were able to get home internet sorted the same day we visited, my wife transferred her pay as you go sim from another provider to 3 while keeping her number and I changed my 3 pay as you go to a much cheaper contract. Everything was done instore with James expert help - he was extremely helpful and efficient .

What an excellent employee.
He was polite very knowledgeable on mobile phones etc and gave me food for thought about my next iPhone. Explained the waiting time for the new model. Told me about the available accessories and what was best to get me started.
Very helpful
