Wanted to change our Broadband and was advised to speak to Siaysha . Absolutely amazing young lady , very knowledgeable, kind and caring . Her product information was the best I have ever come across in all of the years I have been a customer ( when T mobile had a stall in Superdrug stores). We came away very happy with an upgraded broadband, new tablets and an excellent saving on our payments. Siaysha is an asset to 3 .

Been customer for years
Been customer for years , renewed contract and always traded old mobile in was told I could do it again jiffy bag would be sent out waited two weeks nothing came called into shop told to ring 3 which I did only to be told go back to shop,last call spoke again only to be told couldn't trade in mobile,disappointed won't renew again

Excellent customer service by Fahim and the team (Phil and Richard). Supported me in buying 5G hub and providing the best deal they can. Along with switching my accounts from other network providers to Three and giving me the best offer possible. Took me through the end to end process and setting up Sim cards, hub etc. Appreciate the support, fantastic team at the Three branch in Metro Centre.

Called into a three shop in the metro centre today and the assistant manager Phil saw me. And couldn’t ask for a more helpful person went above and beyond was very pleased he got me a great deal ☺️
