10/10. Had a major issue with my business account as it was set up wrong at another branch, went into the fort to get it sorted and Erin couldn’t have been more helpful. Genuinely went above and beyond to help me get it sorted and finally did. Thanks again for everything 🤝

Amazing customer service and support
Michael who is normally based in the Parkhead store but was working in the Fort store on the day we visited provided fantastic support in making choices in what I wanted to do. He was extremely knowledgeable, did not push to make a decision and even suggested I took some time to think it through. Once the decision was made he was extremely efficient in processing the order.

I had a brilliant experience with Kendall at 3 network shop in the fort Glasgow when choosing my new iPhone. She was so lovely, friendly and patient, and really took the time to help me find the right phone at a great price.
I’m absolutely delighted with my new phone and really appreciated all of Kendall’s help. She made the whole process so easy and stress-free and was a pleasure to deal with.
