On point service from Danni
Went to get a new sim 3, Danni was very polite and efficient. Outlined everything that I asked for and even gave me a bit of banter to go with it. All are very pleasant to be around. Anything you need with phones pop yourself over to 3 as they know what they are doing.
Again shoutout to Danni she's a real one in the dog or be dog world.

On behalf of my father
On behalf of my father, 82yrs his broadband box is not working he has been to three shop in sauchiehall st glasgow to explain he needed a new box , they just said he needs to bring in photo I'd, which he doesn't have but having been a loyal customer for years why is this nessary as they have all his information on file, my father is disabled and having to into town is such a mission for him, we as a family have been contacting three many times but we always get a ethnic advisor and with both languages being a barrier its impossible to get this issue resolved,my father just wants a new box

I have been dealing with clare and danni over the recent days assisting me with transferring data from a new to old phone. They've been patient, understanding and gave me some laughs a long the way.
