Niamh was amazing!
Niamh was amazing. Went to Glenrothes stores to find out about a new contract and a prepaid SIM. She gave us advice and assisted us in completing the contract and all the processes. She helped transfer the data across, and was just helpful in every sense. She is a very polite and engaging lady!
When we returned lady, there was an irate customer, but she handled it very well and kept her calm and just tried to help and provided the options. I was very impressed how she kept her composure and was very professional! She is a huge asset to three!!

Contract was for store collection but after signing for hub I was told it was to be sent out tomorrow and they could not change this in store.
