A good customer experience (Carol, Grimsby store)
Carol was very knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, and personable. He listened to my requirements, and the things that I don't want, and gave his recommendations accordingly. He did suggest a number of 'extra' things I might consider. When it came to data etc, he checked my current usage and didn't suggest anything way over the top, which I appreciated. Overall, a good customer experience.

Carol was delightful
Carol was delightful, easy to talk to, answered every question politely and made the transaction smooth and stress free, would definitely recommend anyone looking to get a new handset to pop in!

Great Servive from Katie in the Grimsby shop
Katie in the Grimsby shop was outstanding. She explained the process to arrange a new phone perfectly. Katie made everything very straight forward and 10 mins later I had my new phone. Highly recommended.

Me and my wife recently came in to upgrade our phones. Our battery is out phone started to swell and we panicked and Carol and Ray and Ashley came to help us. They transferred our stuff and was so lovely explaining everything!

The staff are always very helpful. Nothing is too much for them. I always come in store for that reason.

Highly recommend Morgan, She was very helpful and made us feel very welcomed also she explained different packages that we didn't know about.
