Very helpful and advised on changing our phone and 2 SIM cards. Great that we can now use our phones abroad without buying extra SIM cards. Brilliant customer service, very friendly.

Got a good deal. Great customer service
My previous contract had expired and so I shopped around for the best new deal. Visited the 3 Store in the Woolshops, Halifax and spoke to Shah. After comparing the offer from 3 with others, I returned the next day as it was the best deal. Adil, Assistant Manager, was courteous and helpful in setting up the new contract.

Mobin was excellent. He helped me save money on my upgrade and also now I have European roaming what an added bonus. He was calm, patient and very polite and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Over the moon with is service. Thanks so much!
