My experience to the store was amazing i felt reassured both israr and shah helped me setting up my tablet and felt very welcoming

I just want to take the time to say one of your advisors really helped me out today. I had a few issues on my phone which meant I couldn't use it and Adio sorted it right away for me. At the same time he discussed a new ohonedeal with me and even offered to help me set it up. The whole process was made really easy and any questions I had were answered straight away. He was really patient and kind. What a credit he is to the store.

Mobin was excellent. Very helpful and sorted everything for me.

We were assisted by Mobin at the Halifax branch, and he really helped and guided us on our purchase, we couldn't have asked for a better service. Would reccomend any customers to come here for all your needs. All the workers in the shop are polite, Helpful and courteous.

EDIT: They replied to this review with a link to get me in touch with the business care team (who also did absolutely nothing) they lied about the roaming on my contract which I had in front of my very own eyes in my hands, they are also not helping with this situation at all so I’m changing my review to 1 star until someone actually sorts this out.

One of the most laughably incompetent and dishonest experiences I’ve ever had with a company, it’s almost beyond belief. I switched a family member over to a Three business plan for his number that was already on a consumer plan after being promised by the in-store employee (after he put some effort in to convince me) to switch the number over, telling me that the roaming on the plan would continue, and in his own words that “he would make sure it’s all sorted” and that it would be the exact same plan but cheaper. Lo and behold the roaming did not continue. I contacted Three online immediately and was repeatedly told to go in-store, then I went into the store and got told to go online, so basically I was sent on an goose chase, and then when I tried online again they said they can’t do anything and was told to go in store AGAIN which is ridiculous. So still no resolution. I later returned to store again a week or two ago and they started saying I should pay if I want roaming, and refused to take responsibility and said there was nothing they could do, even though they blatantly lied and I received next to no help. After a good twenty minutes of trying to get them to understand the concept of lying to customers being bad, they agreed to give me a “solution” - a 1 month SIM card topped up with 12gb of roaming data, which is the only reason it’s not 1 star. This solution is only good for one holiday though, and also means I need to swap sims and hand out the new number which is a huge pain. Not to mention 12gb is on the lower side for what I would use abroad. Before we left the guy said he will have a word with the liar that promised the roaming. Never heard a word since! Considering I’ve been a loyal customer for the best part of 20 years (probably even more than that but I don’t keep count anymore) and have multiple numbers that I pay for with them, this is an absolutely crude and ridiculous way to treat a customer, I’m still quite shocked at how bad they handled this, even with companies like Amazon who have equally shady practices I’ve always gotten a solution to my problem eventually. Please stay away from this company, as when something goes wrong you probably aren’t going to get any help.
