Looks some inner side individuals ruin the reputation of this gigantic company: my son wanted to upgrade his contract, he was deceived by them, and send him sperate new phone contract whit IPhone 17 max , £35 a month for 3 years contract, once they delivered the IPhone phone, immediately after 5 minutes he received a call from them saying that, it was a mistake the IPhone 17 didn’t belong to this contract, please I want to collect it, as my son works, he was not at home, he calls his mum and tells her, to give the phone back to the Three delivery guy, the door after 5 minutes knocks and someone is asking for the delivery ( IPhone 17) and collects it and go!
My son told me Dady I wanted to upgrade my contract now things looks completely different.
I contacted the customer service, I was told they will investigate! And it will take 5 to 7 days, After a day they said’ the one who collected the Phone 17Max from your home , doesn’t belong to us and we don’t know who that was!!!
So, now my so is paying £33 a month for 3 years, I didn’t report it yet to crime stoppers or Fraud Action, will do in due course.
So, be careful with The Three network staff, there are scammers within the once trusted company and aiming to scum you!!!
I will never trust to call and upgrade via phone again

We can understand how concerning and frustrating it must be for both you and your son, particularly after agreeing to an upgrade and then being told the device had been collected, only to later be advised that the person who took it wasn't associated with us.

I have got an issue regarding my plan and faced a financial issue for billing section. I came to Three Store at Harrow Town Centre and got it resolved within a few minutes by Mr. SAADIT.
